SIERRA LEONE YOUNG DIPLOMAT 4 CLIMATE ACTION
I was honoured to be nominated for and humbled to receive the 2018 Young Ambassador award for climate action in Sierra Leone and promoting our sustainable development goals at an event held at Family Kingdom. This award is not just for me but is also an award to all of our volunteers at Society 4 Climate Change Communications and everyone in Sierra Leone applying innovative volunteerism to climate and environmental action. I found myself in good company with my fellow environmental champion, Alhassan Sesay from the estimable Green School Club who deservedly scooped up the Young Ambassador award for Zero Hunger.
