DEEP-CLEANING FREETOWN'S FLASH FLOOD HOTSPOTS
Freetown City Council continues flood mitigation action with four more days of deep-cleaning at four critical flash flood points excavating more than 600 metres of gutters at Congo Water.
This essential rolling programme from City Mayor, Yvonne Aki Sawyerr, aims to keep water flowing freely during our rainy season and help prevent flash flooding.
