CROSSING THE MABANTA TO WITNESS GOOD GOVERNANCE
We're taking a two day field trip upline, crossing the Mabanta River by canoe into Sanda Magbolontor Chiefdom on our way to see Hope Sakuma to witness their first Advisory Board in action. We know they've got some difficult things to discuss and we hope we see an honest discussion.
Accompanying Hope 4 Ebola Orphans National Coordinator, William Tieh and Field Officer Hassan Senesie we learn that 20 village farming based organizations are having their first meet as an Advisory Board to discuss unaccounted for funds which should have benefited villagers and also to choose their own Executive Board. We're hoping to see transparency and find a good example of good governance.
