TAKING CARE OF OUR COTTON TREE ON NATIONAL CLEANING DAY

From Cotton Tree to Congo Water citizens, join local and national government agencies on the big Saturday Clean Up!

FEMALE of Sierra Leone, a community based organization, focused on ending gender based violence turned out in force to keep our historic Cotton Tree spick and span.

Many continue to observe, however, that as cleaning day finishes in Freetown many citizens continue to drop their dirty trash seemingly without consequence. A change of mindset is required to keep our neighbourhood clean every day not just once in every month.

Meanwhile in Congo Water the streets are absolutely spotless after the clock strikes midday.
