CELEBRATING SIX MONTHS OF NATIONAL CLEANING DAY!

At Congo Water and IMAT and across Freetown Sierra Leone citizens celebrate six month's of success for our National Cleaning Day! And citizen's have every right to celebrate with clean streets and communities reclaimed from the dirty and plastic pollution that has long-plagued our capital city.
In Freetown, the cleaning day, combined with the Mayor's strategic deep clean of problem areas and flooding hotspots means water now flows freely through Freetown - some flash flooding this rainy season to be sure but so far quickly subsiding.
Meanwhile in Makeni even the army pitches in to help keep all our towns and cities clean.
